About You
* At least 2 years' post‐admission and technical experience in health‐related disputes, ideally including medical malpractice and/or coronial law (experience acting for NSW Health is advantageous but not essential).
* Experience practising in the NSW District Court and Supreme Court, with strong familiarity with the NSW Coroner's Court.
* Excellent plain‐English drafting skills and the confidence to advise clients on complex legal and regulatory issues.
* A high level of technical excellence and attention to detail.
* A strong client‐service mindset, with demonstrated experience building and maintaining trusted client relationships.
* The ability to work autonomously while thriving in a team‐based, collaborative environment.
* Pride in your work, your professional reputation, and the firm you represent.
