About the Opportunity
We are seeking a dynamic, guest‐focused Guest Services & Host (Reservations + Front of House) to support the full guest journey across our restaurants, both from Head Office and onsite at venue level. This hybrid role requires managing inbound calls and emails for reservations, responding to guest enquiries, coordinating bookings from our central reservations team, and working onsite as a Host to welcome guests, manage arrivals and ensure a seamless in‐venue experience. You will be a key touchpoint, ensuring every interaction—online, over the phone, or in person—reflects the warmth, precision and hospitality standards of Lucas Collective.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage inbound calls and emails for reservations.
* Respond to guest enquiries across all channels.
* Coordinate bookings, cancellations and changes within the central reservations team.
* Act as an onsite Host, welcoming guests and managing arrivals.
* Ensure a seamless, high‐quality in‐venue experience for guests.
* Maintain accurate booking records across multiple systems.
Ideal Candidate
* Experience in hospitality, reservations, guest services or front‐of‐house roles.
* Background as a Host with a reputation for excellent service.
* Strong verbal and written communication skills.
* High attention to detail and the ability to prioritise multiple booking systems.
* Confidence working across digital platforms and face‐to‐face interactions.
* Calm, resilient, solutions‐focused in a fast‐paced environment.
* Warm, professional, guest‐first mindset at all times.
* Strong organisational and time‐management skills, able to multitask effectively.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and quick learning of new platforms and systems.
* Availability to work a rotating roster including weekends, public holidays, and varied shifts.
