Job Title: The Trustee for the Grampians Trust – Broome WA

You'll work alongside the Head Chef and will be required to run the kitchen regularly on their days off. The venue is a busy and vibrant bistro that serves bistro style food plus full menu. This is a creative role that offers opportunity to work within an excellent team.
About You
If you are trade qualified with three or more years' experience, and possess a strong work ethic and excellent communication skills, can produce consistent quality, have a positive and 'can do' attitude, own traditional uniform and knives, have experience in quality a la carte dining, have a keen eye with high attention to detail, and would like to assist with menu planning and suggestions, then this is the role for you.
