About the Role
As Director of Nursing, you will take full responsibility for both the clinical and operational performance of the home.
This is a hands‑on leadership role suited to someone who enjoys being close to the floor, supporting their team, and maintaining strong oversight of care quality, compliance, and day‑to‑day operations. You will lead a small, dedicated team, ensuring the home runs smoothly, sustainably, and in line with best practice standards.
You will also play a key role in strengthening systems, supporting occupancy, and preparing the service for future growth.

About You
You are a grounded, capable leader who is confident managing both clinical care and operational performance. You lead from the front, value your team, and take pride in running a well‑structured, compliant, and person‑centred service.
What You’ll Bring
* Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
* Experience in aged care leadership (Facility Manager / DON / Clinical Manager level)
* Strong understanding of Aged Care Quality Standards and compliance
* Confidence managing staffing, budgets, and occupancy
* A hands‑on, team‑focused leadership style
* A genuine commitment to quality care and continuous improvement
