About the role
As our receptionist, you'll be trusted to take ownership of the reception area, manage competing priorities, and deliver a seamless, polished customer experience at all times.
Key responsibilities
* Act as the lead point of contact for all visitors and incoming enquiries
* Deliver a premium first impression, both in person and over the phone
* Oversee the day‐to‐day flow and presentation of reception
* Coordinate and maintain customer records and databases
* Liaise professionally with customers, suppliers, and couriers
* Manage stationery, supplies, and front‐of‐house organisation
* Maintain immaculate presentation across reception and guest lounge areas
* Handle incoming/outgoing mail and dealership communications
* Provide proactive support to administration and management teams
* Identify opportunities to improve the overall customer experience
About you
* You are a confident and polished professional who thrives in a fast‐paced, customer‐focused environment and takes pride in owning your space.
* Proven experience working with luxury brands in a reception or front‐of‐house role (dealership experience highly regarded)
* Strong ability to take initiative and manage priorities independently
* Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
* High level of professionalism and personal presentation
* Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
* Comfortable working in a high‐volume environment
* A proactive, solutions‐oriented mindset
