Job Description
As a key member of the project team, you will play a pivotal role in driving the delivery of our capital works program. This entails designing and delivering change management plans for assigned regional office projects, managing stakeholder engagement, enabling change readiness, and producing change communications.

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will possess:
* Proven experience in change management, particularly in relation to built environment programs of work

It is a requirement that staff attend office-based days at their primary work location. Interstate applications will be considered only where the candidate is able and willing to relocate to Victoria, unless part of a border community.
