About the role:
This position involves handling day-to-day client account management, gaining a thorough understanding of clients' business needs and providing strategic recommendations on campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage multiple key client accounts, overseeing all aspects of account services.
* Owning financial and contractual aspects of assigned accounts, including identifying new opportunities and ensuring profitable financial health.
* Nurturing relationships within assigned accounts, ensuring regular contact with key clients.
* Project managing small to medium projects/retainers, coordinating timelines, resources, and budget.
* Efficiently escalating problems and minimizing impact on client relationship and internal team.
* Conducting workshops and discovery sessions to capture business and functional requirements.
* Maintaining knowledge of our technical, strategic, and campaign service offerings.
* Buiding relationships across platform partners to share knowledge and seek new opportunities.
* Leading end-to-end execution of marketing campaigns, including creative development and reporting.
