About The Role
We're looking for a Marketing & Communications Coordinator to join our team, embedded full-time within a leading independent school in Sydney.
This role is ideal for someone early in their career who is motivated, personable and enjoys working as part of a team, while also being confident managing tasks independently.
You'll Be Responsible For
* Supporting the delivery of marketing and communications initiatives
* Coordinating small to medium projects, publications and campaigns
* Scheduling and managing social media content
* Assisting with communications for the school's primary audience
* Supporting the management of client enquiries, ensuring responses are timely and professional
* Building positive working relationships with stakeholders across the school and imageseven team
* Contributing to the smooth day-to-day running of a client-facing office
* Managing administrative tasks including reporting, time tracking and project updates
This is a hands‐on role with plenty of variety, offering the opportunity to build strong foundational skills in a fast‐paced, client‐facing environment.
About You
You're organised, proactive and eager to grow your career in marketing and communications.
You'll Bring
* At least 1 year of experience in an office environment (marketing or communications exposure is advantageous)
* Strong interpersonal and communication skill
* A professional, approachable manner and confidence working with a range of stakeholders
* A can‐do attitude and willingness to step in and support where needed
* Ability to take ownership of tasks and follow through on commitments
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
* A positive attitude and eagerness to learn and develop
* A relevant tertiary qualification (completed or in progress)
* Eligibility to work in Australia

This is a full‐time, onsite role (5 days per week) based in Sydney. We would also look at 4‐day candidate applicant pending on the correct experience. Salary range: $70,000–$90,000 + super depending on experience.
