Job Description
The Occupational Rehabilitation Specialist will be responsible for providing high-quality occupational rehabilitation services to clients. This will involve conducting assessments, developing and implementing rehabilitation plans, and collaborating with clients, employers, and other healthcare professionals to achieve successful outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct thorough assessments to identify client needs and develop personalized rehabilitation plans
* Collaborate with clients, employers, and other healthcare professionals to implement rehabilitation plans and achieve return to work outcomes
* Provide education and support to clients and employers on injury prevention and workplace modifications
* Maintain accurate records and reports of client progress and outcomes
Requirements
To be considered for this role, applicants must possess the following qualifications and skills:
* Qualification in Exercise Physiology, Physiotherapy, Occupational Therapy, or Osteopathy
* Full Professional Registration with AHPRA or Full Professional Accreditation with ESSA
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Excellent time management and organizational skills
* Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
