TerryWhite Chemmart Mandurah is a customer-focused community pharmacy committed to delivering high-quality healthcare and personalised service. Supported by a collaborative and welcoming team, we pride ourselves on building strong local connections, maintaining professional excellence, and promoting the health and well‐being of our community.
Conveniently located near Mandurah Train Station, our pharmacy operates Monday to Saturday and is closed on Sundays and public holidays. This role includes participation in a rotating Saturday roster, and free onsite parking is available for team members.
The Role
As a dedicated and knowledgeable Pharmacist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the health and well‐being of our patients. Your primary responsibilities will include dispensing medicines, providing expert health information, ensuring the safe and effective use of medications for patients and actively supporting and participating in Care Clinic Services. You will collaborate with healthcare professionals to optimise patient outcomes and contribute to continuous improvement and the overall efficiency of our pharmacy operations. You will also ensure that TerryWhite Chemmart standards and procedures as well as legislative and professional requirements, are implemented and maintained.
Your success will be supported by a structured onboarding program, hands‐on training and development, and a clear career pathway within the TerryWhite Chemmart network.
About You
* You are passionate about community pharmacy and are looking to share your commitment and service offerings, particularly in clinical care.
* Have current registration as a Pharmacist with AHPRA.
* Community Pharmacy experience preferred.
* Ideally vaccination trained.
* Ability to conduct UTI and oral contraceptive (OCP) consultations.
* Experience with DAA (Dose Aid Administration) checking and virtual pill inventory using MyPak and the Alpaca DAA robot system.
* Want to add value to your community by directly impacting your customers and your team.
