We are looking for an organised and proactive Senior Client Services Officer to join our supportive team and help deliver a smooth and positive client experience.
The Role
This is a varied role supporting our advisers with day-to-day client service and administration tasks across the advice process. You will work closely with advisers, clients, and providers to ensure work is completed accurately and efficiently.
This role also offers the opportunity to develop leadership skills and support junior team members as the business continues to grow.
Key Responsibilities
Client Services & Administration
Assist with client onboarding and preparation for review meetings
Support implementation of advice recommendations and ongoing service tasks
Prepare and process forms for superannuation, investments, pensions, and insurance
Coordinate client follow-ups and adviser schedules
Maintain accurate client records and file notes within the CRM system
Insurance Administration
Assist with insurance applications and underwriting requirements
Liaise with insurers, clients, and providers regarding policy updates and servicing
Support advisers with insurance-related administration and follow-up tasks
Workflow & Team Support
Help manage workflows and ensure tasks are completed on time
Support continuous improvement of processes and templates
Provide assistance and guidance to junior administration staff when required
Work collaboratively with advisers and the broader team
Compliance
Assist with compliance-related tasks including Fee Consents and ongoing service requirements
Ensure documentation and records are maintained accurately and in line with business processes
About You
You will be a motivated and detail-oriented team player who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and providing excellent client service.
Ideally, you will have:
1–3+ years' experience in financial planning administration or client services
Knowledge of superannuation, investments, and insurance administration
Strong organisational and time management skills
High attention to detail and accuracy
Confident communication and relationship-building skills
Experience using CRM systems within financial planning (desirable)
