* Advising on marketing and promotional materials
* Providing intellectual property advice, including brand protection and usage
* Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating marketing and commercial agreements
* Supporting the business on a wide range of commercial contracting matters
About you:
* 8+ years' experience in intellectual property law
* Trained at a top-tier law firm
* Previous in-house experience is advantageous
* Commercially minded, pragmatic, and comfortable partnering closely with the business
* Thrives in a fast-paced and evolving environment
