Responsibilities
An exciting opportunity to join our Patient Administration team as a part time receptionist on our main information desk. This role provides a wide range of information services to patients, families, the general public and staff; assists wards with remote relief coverage in Patient Management updates, admissions, transfers and discharges; collaborates with the Patient Management Administration team for data reconciliation; uses system-based applications to collect and manage customer payments; and distributes meal tickets for overseas patients and families.

* Demonstrated customer service skills with an understanding and interest in providing a high standard of service and assisting others.
* Strong organisational skills.
* Proven ability to work as part of a team.
* Proficient use of Microsoft Office Suites and Patient Management system.
* Ability to work flexible hours to meet the operational demands of the Hospital.
