We are seeking an experienced
Infrastructure Test Lea d to drive end-to-end testing strategy and execution for infrastructure and identity-related systems. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in
infrastructure testin g,
identity and access management (IDAM ) solutions, and enterprise platforms such as
Okta, Active Directory, and SuccessFactor s. The role requires leadership capabilities, hands-on technical skills, and the ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality delivery in a complex environment. Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage
infrastructure testing activitie s across environments (Dev, SIT, UAT, Prod Define and implement
test strategies, plans, and framework s for infrastructure and platform testing Drive testing for
Identity & Access Management (IDAM ) systems including Okta, Active Directory (AD, SuccessFactors (integration testing aspects). Coordinate with infrastructure, network, security, and application teams for
end-to-end validation Design and execute
test cases, test scripts, and defect management processes Oversee
service virtualization setup and usag e for dependent system Validate infrastructure components including
storage systems (NetApp), networks, and integration Ensure compliance with
testing standards and best practices (ISTQB Lead defect triage meetings and provide
root cause analysis Provide
status reporting, risk tracking, and stakeholder communication Mentor and guide junior testers, driving best practices across the QA tea m Mandatory Skills & Experience
Strong experience i n Infrastructure Testing / System Integration Testing Proven expertise in one or mor e IDAM technologi es Okta, Active Directory, Identity & Access Management frameworks and SuccessFactors integrations (preferred exposure) Hands-on experience wit h NetApp storage system Experience working wit h Service Virtualization tools/platform Solid understanding of Network and infrastructure component, Authentication and authorization flow and Security and compliance testing. Strong working knowledge o f test management and defect tracking too ISTQB certification (Foundation/Advanced level preferred Excellen t written and verbal communication skill Ability to manage stakeholders and work in fast-paced project environment Experience wi th cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) Exposure
to DevOps / CI-CD pipeline Knowledge
of automation tools (e.g., Selenium, Postman, Rest Assured) Qualification
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field. Relevant certifications
in Testing (IS TQB) and /or Identity Manage ment are advantageous Soft Skills:
