Our Deposits and Payments product team is responsible for the operational excellence and product agenda of our Business Banking Deposit Accounts. You'll join a collaborative and supportive team where everyone contributes ideas and drives outcomes, helping us deliver impactful, customer‑centric solutions.

Responsibilities
* Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to implement product feature changes, ensuring compliance with regulatory and risk standards.
* Leverage data and market insights to inform pricing strategies, assess margin impacts, and manage interest rate changes.
* Lead change initiatives and identify opportunities for improvement, delivering impactful outcomes in a fast‑paced and innovative environment.
Qualifications
* 3+ years of experience in the Banking industry, with Business Banking experience highly regarded.
* Strong proficiency in Excel, with the ability to analyse data and translate insights into actionable decisions.
* Proven ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders to deliver high‑quality outcomes.
* Exceptional communication skills, attention to detail, and a proactive, self‑motivated mindset.
* Experience with Agile methodologies, JIRA, or other product management tools (highly desirable).
