Responsibilities
* Provide first-line technical support to users, resolving IT issues and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations of computer systems, hardware, and software.
Qualifications
* Basic knowledge of Windows, macOS, and common business applications (Microsoft 365, etc.).
* Understanding of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).
* Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
* Familiarity with helpdesk tools (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira, Zendesk).
* Good communication and customer service skills.
* Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
* Time management and prioritization skills.
