This business is known for its strong reputation, collaborative culture, and commitment to delivering high-quality outcomes across risk, compliance and operations. Due to increased project demand, they are seeking an experienced professional to join on an initial 6-month contract with an immediate start. Your new roleAs a Delivery Manager / Project Manager, you will play a key role in driving regulatory and business outcomes across a complex program of work. You will be responsible for translating regulatory requirements into clear delivery plans, operating models, and processes, while ensuring alignment across multiple business units.Key responsibilities include: Translating regulatory, risk and business requirements into delivery plans, processes and operating models Leading and overseeing business analysis activities including requirements gathering, process mapping, gap analysis and solution design Managing end-to-end project delivery including scope, timelines, risks, issues, governance and reporting Developing and uplifting policies, procedures, standards and control artefacts Engaging and influencing stakeholders across Risk, Compliance, Finance and Operations Driving process improvements, control enhancements and operational effectiveness Providing clear reporting to senior stakeholders, committees and project sponsors Embedding continuous improvement practices and ensuring sustainable delivery outcomes What you'll need to succeedTo be successful in this role, you will bring strong experience within financial services, particularly across regulatory, risk and compliance-driven programs.You will demonstrate: Proven experience as a Delivery Manager, Project Manager or similar role within financial services Experience delivering regulatory, remediation or transformation programs Strong understanding of risk and compliance frameworks Demonstrated project management capability, including governance, planning and stakeholder management Solid business analysis skills including requirements definition, process mapping and documentation Experience writing and reviewing policies, procedures and control documentation Exposure to working with stakeholders across Risk, Compliance, Finance and Operations Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to balance regulatory requirements and business needs Excellent communication skills and high attention to detail Ability to thrive in fast-paced, changing environments Proficiency in Excel, Word and PowerPoint What you'll get in return Immediate start on a 6-month contract with potential extension Opportunity to work on a high-impact regulatory transformation program Exposure to senior stakeholders across the business Collaborative and high-performing team environment Please note is paying between $580-$730 super per day (dependant on experience).
