About The Role
Join our friendly and supportive 6‐person Feed Mill team, responsible for producing poultry feed across our operations.
This is a Hands‐on Role Involving
* Batching and operating plant equipment
* Scheduling deliveries
* Troubleshooting breakdowns
* Assisting with repairs and maintenance
Working Hours
* Casual, 30 hours a week
* Monday to Friday, with occasional weekend work
* Rotating morning and afternoon shifts
* Afternoon shift starts at midday
* Overtime required as part of operations (paid at double time)
About You
* Current forklift licence
* Confined space entry licence
* Strong mechanical aptitude
* Hands‐on, practical approach
* Commitment to health, safety and environmental standards
* Good communication and teamwork skills
* Problem‐solving ability
* Flexible attitude
* Driver's licence and reliable transport
* Physical capability for manual tasks
