Digital Workplace Engineer Role Summary
We are seeking a technical professional to deliver onsite support for our customer, ensuring seamless IT operations and an excellent user experience by resolving hardware, software, and connectivity issues promptly.
Main Responsibilities:
* Ongoing technical support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers, and peripherals
* Installation, configuration, and maintenance of operating systems, applications, and security tools
* Effective management of incident tickets and requests using IT service platforms
* Support for Microsoft 365 applications (Teams, Outlook, SharePoint) and collaboration tools
* Administration and troubleshooting of Microsoft Intune for device management, new builds, and compliance
* Administration and troubleshooting of Jamf for Apple device management and compliance
