Responsibilities
* Work full‐time, on‐site in one of our retail stores on a rotating roster across a 7‐day trade.
* Plan itineraries, book travel and convert enquiries into bookings in person, over the phone and via email.
* Work towards individual KPIs and sales targets, selling the whole holiday package.
* Build a customer base of new and returning customers from domestic bookings to international holidays.
* Assist customers with travel‐related questions (visas, travel tips, packing, etc.) and act as an expert.
* Earn a base wage plus an uncapped incentive payment structure.
Qualifications
* Seasoned traveller with a history of international travel and strong recommendations.
* Excellent organisational skills: able to manage calendar, respond promptly to calls and emails.
* Determination to meet sales targets and KPIs in a high‐pressure environment.
* Enthusiasm, passion, and warmth that makes customers want to book.
* Computer savviness, comfortable toggling between complex systems.
