Role Description
This is a contract role for a Support & Onboarding technician at menumiz (AU) located Melbourne, with flexibility for some remote work. As a Support & Onboarding Specialist, you will be responsible for assisting customers in the onboarding process, providing technical support, and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will also play a key role in training and educating clients on how to effectively use our restaurant management app and POS system. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve customer issues, and provide timely and professional support.
Qualifications
* Prior experience in customer support or onboarding roles
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Installing thermal printers know-how
* Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
* Knowledge of restaurant operations and industry trends is a plus
* Familiarity with restaurant management software or POS systems
* Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment
* Fluency in written and spoken English, proficiency in other languages is a plus
* Strong organizational and time management skills
* Ability to work independently and in a team
* Network and LAN setup knowledge is a plus
