Job Description
As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for working with sales and product teams to finalize technical packages and achieve formal approval from customers. You will prepare and maintain project plans, including work schedules and relevant milestones, and formally submit and track documentation deliverables.
* Plan, coordinate, and implement project deliverables and build sequencing.
* Liaise with external project personnel, ensuring high-level communication at all levels, and represent the organization at required project meetings.
* Manage relationships with site personnel, coordinate project logistics, and provide timely financial forecasting based on customer delivery dates.
* Identify and mitigate risks, ensure compliance with quality and procedure requirements, and serve as the single point of contact for projects post-order placement.
* Comply with Work, Health & Safety, Environment, and Quality obligations, and actively promote safety in the workplace.
