About the Role
Reporting directly to the Director of Sales & Marketing, you will lead integrated marketing efforts across digital and traditional channels to elevate our brand presence and deliver measurable growth.
You will be hands-on in managing our social media, digital distribution, CRM, and promotional campaigns while supporting strategic initiatives and events that showcase our hotel and outlets.
Key Responsibilities
- Social Media & Content: Develop, schedule, and analyse engaging posts; manage influencer activity.
- Web & Digital Distribution: Maintain and optimise hotel microsites, OTAs, and Google Business listings.
- CRM & EDMs: Craft and deploy campaigns to promote rooms, events, and F&B; offerings.
- Design & Collateral: Create digital and print assets aligned with hotel and Accor brand guidelines.
- Campaign Planning: Collaborate on annual promotional calendars and manage campaign rollouts, including photoshoots.
- Partnerships & Collaboration: Work with internal teams and external partners to maximise visibility and engagement.
- Ad Hoc Projects: Support loyalty campaigns, new platform rollouts, and seasonal promotions.
