Working closely with the Head of Leasing and senior leadership team, you\'ll manage the full leasing process from identifying opportunities and building retailer relationships through to negotiating deals and delivering strong commercial outcomes for clients.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage end-to-end leasing transactions
* Negotiate leases and secure new tenant opportunities
* Build strong relationships with retailers, landlords, and stakeholders
* Conduct property inspections and attend client meetings
* Prepare leasing documentation and reports
* Assist with retail asset strategies and tenancy mix initiatives
