Situated in the heart of the Atherton Tablelands, The Anthill is a busy and well-loved local venue offering quality pub dining, cold beers, live entertainment and genuine country hospitality. With a strong local following and steady trade, you'll be joining a kitchen that values teamwork, consistency and great food.
What You'll Be Doing
* Preparing and cooking quality pub-style meals to a high standard
* Running your own section during service
* Supporting the Head Chef and wider kitchen team
* Assisting with stock rotation and food safety procedures
* Maintaining a clean and organised workspace
* Contributing ideas and helping deliver a great guest experience
What We're Looking For
* Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or experienced Commis Chef ready to step up
* Strong understanding of food safety and kitchen operations
* Ability to perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment
* A positive attitude and strong work ethic
* Reliable, team-oriented and passionate about hospitality
* Availability to work evenings, weekends and public holidays
