Accounts Officer / Office All-Rounder - Part Time (3-4 Days per Week)
ACRWORLD are partnering with a well-established, family-run construction company based in Strathfield to find an Accounts Officer / Office All-Rounder to join their small, supportive team.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys variety, takes pride in their work, and wants a long-term, flexible part-time role within a stable and down-to-earth business.
About the Role
Reporting directly to the company directors, this position will see you managing a range of accounting and administrative tasks, including:
* Payroll - 12 staff
* Accounts payable and receivable
* Invoice and expense processing
* Bank reconciliations and general bookkeeping (Xero experience ideal)
* Liaising with suppliers, subcontractors, and clients
* General office administration and support
The role is part-time 3 to 4 days per week with flexibility around working days and hours to suit the right candidate.
About You
We're seeking someone who is:
* Experienced in accounts and office administration (construction or trades background advantageous)
* Confident using Xero or similar accounting systems
* Highly organised, accurate, and able to prioritise tasks effectively
* A team player with great communication skills and a proactive attitude
