Our team is seeking a highly skilled reporting analyst to lead and oversee our reporting processes and design and create reporting suites available to the wider business. This role will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy, timeliness, and quality of reports. We are looking for someone who can work closely with key stakeholders to define reporting requirements and deliver insights that drive business decisions.
Key Accountabilities
* Design and create Power BI reports
* Define reporting requirements and ensure dashboards and reports meet the needs of business stakeholders
* Ensure the creation, validation, and distribution of accurate reports on a timely basis
* Manage all control desks, reports, data drills and business metric access
* Manage and maintain CRM data to ensure the accuracy of both system-generated reports and sales team performance reports
This individual will be responsible for driving business results through data-driven decision making and partnering closely with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for improvement.
Desirable Skills, Qualifications and Experience Required
We are looking for someone with a high skill level in Excel, leveraging advanced functions and features to analyse data and create complex reports. Experience using Power BI or similar is also required. Additionally, we are looking for someone with a background in analytics within a busy environment.
A strong understanding of commercial principles and the ability to apply analytical skills to drive business outcomes is essential for this role. The successful candidate will be able to communicate effectively at all levels and possess excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills.
