About the role
Provide comprehensive nursing care in a general practice setting, including:
Evidence-based chronic disease management and preventative screening
Holistic patient care planning in consultation with medical staff
Coordination with hospitals, community agencies, and allied health providers
Accurate clinical documentation and management of care plans
Implementation of general practice management plans and team care arrangements
Safe medication practices, clinical governance, and quality systems
Management of clinical resources and supplies within budget
Is the role right for you?
To be considered for this role, we will be looking at the following experience and qualifications:
AHPRA-registered Nurse with current Australian Driver's Licence
Current Working with Children Check and criminal record screening
Recent primary healthcare experience and commitment to professional development
Knowledge of clinical software, recall/reminder systems, and general practice operations
