Cafe Manager
* The Café Manager oversees all aspects of daily café operations.
* This includes staff management, stock control, catering and customer service.
* Open and close the café as required, following company procedures.
* Manage cash handling securely, including counting and reconciliation during shifts.
* Lead, motivate and train team members to meet performance targets and deliver excellent service.
* Recruit new team members, ensuring they understand store processes and procedures.
* Maintain a clean, safe and welcoming café environment that reflects our brand values.
* Oversee administrative tasks, such as rostering, to ensure efficient store operations.
* Report store performance and operational issues regularly to Area Managers.
* Communicate effectively with team members to align with store goals and expectations.
* Ensure equipment cleanliness according to internal procedures and HACCP standards.
* Foster a culture of workplace health and safety across the team.
Key Requirements
* Minimum 3–5 years experience in a similar role, preferably multi-site management.
* Food Safety Supervisor certification is required.
* First Aid certification is preferred.
* Prioritise and handle multiple tasks efficiently in a high-pressure environment.
* Experience managing food compliance alongside HACCP guidelines.
* Stock and distribution management expertise.
* Labor cost management across a multi-site business unit.
* Effective staff management and coaching skills.
* Flexibility with work hours and locations.
