People Partner - Corporate Functions 12 month FTC
Step into a high-impact role partnering senior leaders and shaping people outcomes across a diverse portfolio.
In this role, you'll be a trusted People & Culture partner across a broad corporate portfolio, supporting leaders to deliver on their people strategy while navigating change, growth and workforce priorities.
You'll play a key role in enabling outcomes across Finance, P&CA, Digital & other corporate functions, balancing strategic initiatives with day-to-day partnering to keep the business moving.
Key Responsibilities
* Partner with senior leaders to deliver impactful & strategic people solutions
* Support workforce planning and organisational change, particularly within Digital
* Drive team effectiveness and capability initiatives
* Provide responsive, high-quality BAU partnering across multiple functions
* Navigate a broad, fast-moving portfolio with agility and confidence
About You
You're an experienced People & Culture Business Partner who thrives in complexity and enjoys working across multiple functions.
You bring:
* Proven experience partnering and coaching with senior leaders
* Strong capability in change, workforce planning and stakeholder engagement to deliver strategic solutions
* The ability to hit the ground running and operate autonomously
* A flexible, agile mindset - comfortable switching between strategic and operational work
* Strong capability to use data and analytics to provide insights, measure effectiveness, and inform strategic decisions
