Staff Management & Leadership:
As a Retail Manager, they will lead, recruit, train, and supervise the retail sales team. This includes preparing staff rostering, assigning duties, managing staff performance, conducting appraisals, and fostering a high-performance culture within the team.
Customer Service Standards & Compliance:
The Retail Manager is expected to oversee and ensure the delivery of high-quality customer service by the entire team. They will resolve complex customer inquiries or complaints escalated by team members and ensure the store's compliance with all company policies and occupational health and safety regulations.
