Job Title: Event Executive
About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as an Event Executive. As a key member of our events team, you will be responsible for coordinating and executing various events, internal functions, and social gatherings at our hotel.
Key Responsibilities:
* Coordinate and execute events from conception to completion, ensuring seamless execution and exceeding client expectations.
* Analyze and create detailed Banquet Event Orders that meet client requirements.
* Effectively manage event arrangements to create engaging experiences for guests.
* Work closely with the sales team to maximize business leads and revenue opportunities.
* BUILD AND STRENGTHEN RELATIONSHIPS WITH EXISTING AND NEW GUESTS THROUGH ENGAGING EXPERIENCES AND THOUGHTFUL SERVICE, ENABLING FUTURE BOOKINGS.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will require relevant experience in a similar position, working rights in Australia, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. You will also need to be self-motivated, driven, and energized in a fast-paced environment.
