The Role:
As Night Manager, you'll be the first point of contact for residents, responding to incidents, handling emergencies, and ensuring the smooth operation of the building. With a calm and adaptable approach, you'll manage everything from security checks to admin tasks, while providing reassurance and assistance to residents when they need it most.
Key Responsibilities
* Monitor building safety through regular checks and respond to any issues or emergencies overnight.
* Manage incidents including conflicts, grievances, and after-hours emergencies.
* Support residents as a friendly, approachable point of contact for welfare and assistance.
* Complete admin tasks such as record-keeping, reporting, and payment processing.
* Respond to resident needs like noise complaints, disturbances, and lockouts.
Skills & Experience Required:
To Be Successful In This Role, You Will Need
* Unrestricted working rights in Australia
* Working with Children's Check (VIC)
* Excellent communication and conflict resolution abilities
* Previous experience in accommodation, hospitality, or security
* Experience with managing overnight responsibilities + autonomous work
