MAARS is partnering with a growing, high-performance media business to appoint a Direct Sales Professional focused on driving new revenue through a premium national network.
This role is about ownership and execution - building pipeline, engaging decision-makers and converting opportunity into revenue.
What you'll be doing:
* Building and managing a consistent, high-quality sales pipeline
* Winning new business and growing direct client relationships
* Presenting commercially sound media solutions with confidence
* Managing activity with discipline across CRM and reporting
* Closing deals and delivering against revenue targets
What we're looking for:
* Proven direct media sales experience (from any medium here in Australia)
* Strong commercial acumen - able to position value, not just sell
* Confident communicator with presence and credibility
* Highly organised, self-directed and accountable
* Motivated by performance and earning outcomes
