Tradies Success Academy is a SaaS-powered education and coaching business on a mission to reinvent the trade industry. We've helped 6,000+ trade business owners grow, lead high-performing teams, and create more freedom in their lives, and now we're growing our sales team

The Opportunity

We're looking for a motivated and people-focused Sales Professional to join our team. You'll play a vital role in enrolling new members into the Academy, supporting them through their early journey, and ensuring they stay engaged and successful.

This role is more than just hitting numbers - it's about building trust, creating lasting relationships, and making sure every member feels part of a thriving community.

What You'll Be Doing

* Drive Results - Meet and exceed individual and team monthly sales targets.
* Generate Opportunities - Proactively identify new business through lead generation, referrals, and follow-ups.
* Close with Confidence - Convert prospects into paying members, ensuring all documentation is accurate.
* Manage Your Pipeline - Keep your sales pipeline up to date in HubSpot and track progress across the sales funnel.
* Support Retention - Build relationships with existing members and identify upsell opportunities.
* Onboard New Members - Provide personalised guidance and light-touch engagement during the first three months.
* Collaborate - Work closely with the Coaching and Member Support teams to deliver seamless member experience.
* Stay Compliant - Ensure all sales activities meet company policies, privacy laws, and commission guidelines.
* Keep Growing - Take part in training, coaching, and ongoing development to refine your sales skills and product knowledge.

We're on the lookout for people with

* Proven experience in sales or business development, ideally with small business owners.
* Strong track record of meeting (and exceeding) sales targets.
* Comfortable using CRMs (HubSpot preferred), Zoom, and other digital sales tools.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - able to listen, empathise, and influence effectively.
* Strong organisation, time management, and record-keeping skills.
* A proactive mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
