The Role
As an SAP EAM Consultant, you will play a key role in delivering end‐to‐end SAP S/4HANA Enterprise Asset Management solutions. You'll work closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements, design functional solutions, and support delivery across complex implementation or upgrade programs. You'll contribute across the full project lifecycle, from requirements gathering through to deployment and post‐go‐live support, ensuring alignment with business objectives and SAP best practices.
Responsibilities
* Lead or support SAP EAM / Plant Maintenance solution design and delivery
* Gather and analyse business requirements, including fit‐gap assessments
* Configure SAP PM/EAM modules aligned to business processes
* Facilitate workshops and collaborate with stakeholders to define functional solutions
* Translate business requirements into functional specifications and design documentation
* Work closely with technical teams to support integration and development activities
* Support testing, deployment, and hyper‐care phases
* Ensure alignment with SAP methodologies and delivery frameworks
* Contribute to continuous improvement and optimisation of asset management processes
Requirements
* Proven experience as an SAP EAM / PM Functional Consultant (ideally within S/4HANA)
* Strong understanding of asset management and maintenance processes
* Hands‐on configuration experience across SAP PM/EAM modules
* Experience delivering across full SAP project lifecycles
* Ability to engage and influence business stakeholders at multiple levels
* Strong analytical, problem‐solving, and communication skills
* Experience working within complex, enterprise environments
* Experience across asset-intensive industries (e.g. Utilities, Mining, Defence, Public Sector)
* Exposure to SAP Fiori, mobile asset management, or FSM
* Knowledge of SAP integrations across Finance, Procurement, and Supply Chain
* SAP certifications in EAM / PM or S/4HANA
