Housekeeping & reception all-rounder - swan valley

Housekeeping Duties

* Clean and prepare cabins and communal facilities to a high standard
* Ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for all guests
* Work efficiently, independently, and with attention to detail

Reception Duties

* Welcome guests with professionalism and warmth
* Process check-ins, check-outs, and reservations using our booking system (RMS knowledge a plus)
* Provide information about the park and local attractions
* Manage daily office administration and handle cash/card transactions
* Coordinate with Housekeeping on room readiness

What We're Looking For

* Previous experience in front office reception and/or housekeeping
* A passion for delivering great customer service
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Confident with computers and reservation systems (RMS preferred)
* Great time management and organisational skills
* Ability to work across a 7-day roster, including weekends and public holidays
* A current, valid driver's licence is essential
* Positive attitude and a flexible, team-oriented mindset

Role may involve extensive manual handling tasks including lifting up to 20kg kneeling and squatting, as well as handling chemicals and utilising machinery.
