Transport Team in Mandurah is looking for Volunteer Admin Assistants to help keep our transport service running smoothly for our clients needing transport.
What you'll be doing:
Calling clients to advise transport pick-up times
Taking and prompting transport bookings
Scanning documents and assisting with general admin tasks
Supporting our team so clients get where they need to go
What we are looking for:
A few spare hours each week – particularly on Monday and Friday 9am-1pm or 10am-2pm but whatever you can manage would be helpful
Friendly phone manner and basic admin skills
A team player who enjoys giving back in a practical, meaningful way
You'll be joining a caring crew making a real difference in people's lives and having a bit of fun while doing it
