We have an exciting opportunity for a motivated and experienced Project Manager, IT to join our IT & Solutions team within dnata catering & retail.

Role Overview
This role is responsible for delivering major technology and business transformation projects across dnata catering & retail's Australian operations, acting as a trusted project lead and partnering with operational teams, People & Culture, Finance, and vendors to achieve high‐quality outcomes. A key focus is the end‐to‐end delivery of a new HRIS—from design and build through to testing, implementation, and adoption—while managing risk, ensuring strong governance, and supporting a smooth transition.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead full project lifecycle delivery, from planning to implementation and benefits realisation.
* Develop and manage project plans, schedules, budgets, and resources.
* Monitor progress and manage risks, issues, dependencies, and change requests.
* Ensure deliverables meet quality, regulatory, and business requirements.
* Provide clear project reporting to stakeholders and senior leaders.
* Partner with business owners to understand requirements and maintain alignment.
* Facilitate workshops, steering committees, and project forums.
* Lead cross‐functional teams and coordinate analysts, technical leads, and contributors.
* Manage third‐party vendors and implementation partners.
* Support change management and training to drive user adoption.
About You
* Demonstrated experience delivering IT projects end‐to‐end.
* Strong capability in project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and risk management.
* Experience leading cross‐functional teams and managing vendors.
* Proven track record delivering projects on time, within scope, and within budget.
* Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
* Strong analytical and problem‐solving abilities.
* Exposure to change management and training practices.
* Experience in catering, aviation, manufacturing, or hospitality (desirable).
* Relevant project management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2).
