We are searching for a highly organised and proactive Executive Assistant to become the trusted right hand to senior leaders in a fast‐paced, collaborative environment.
You'll be a key support to our senior leadership team, including the CEO and CFO, helping to coordinate priorities, manage day‐to‐day activities, and ensure everything runs seamlessly behind the scenes. You will take ownership of a wide range of executive support functions, including proactive diary and travel management, meeting coordination, presentation and reporting, budgeting support, stakeholder engagement, general administrative support, minute taking, coordinating logistics such as catering, and assisting with expense management.
