About the opportunity
We are seeking experienced Supervisors with 5+ years of experience with exposure to desalination plant projects, water infrastructure, or major industrial construction projects to support the delivery of the Alkimos Seawater Desalination Plant.
This landmark project involves the construction of a large-scale Seawater Reverse Osmosis (SWRO) desalination plant and associated infrastructure, including a 33.5 km underground pipeline connecting Alkimos to Wanneroo Reservoir.
The successful candidates will be responsible for supervising works within a significant Structural, Mechanical and Piping (SMP) construction scope, ensuring activities are delivered safely, efficiently, and in accordance with project requirements.
Site Location: Alkimos, next to the train station
We are looking for Supervisors
* 3 Mechanical Supervisors – experienced with pump and rotary equipment installation and exposed to pump alignment.
* 2 Piping Supervisors – Boilermaker by trade, experienced with piping installation.
* 1 Structural Supervisor – Boilermaker/Rigger by trade, experience in stick‐built steel erection.
* 1 Yard Supervisor – Experience in logistics yard or similar on a construction site (crane ticket desirable).

You're a safety‐minded, team‐focused professional who takes pride in quality workmanship and contributes to a strong site culture with over 5 years of experience in your field.
You'll bring
* Australian recognised trade qualification with S26.
* Exposure to large infrastructure and SIMOPS within a civil construction site.
* Ability to read IFC drawings.
* Pride in your trade and commitment to doing quality work.
* Ability to pass project‐specific pre‐employment medical, including a drug and alcohol screen.
* Genuine concern for safety and the wellbeing of your team.
* A practical, hands‐on mindset with the confidence to take initiative.
