We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant/Receptionist to join our team in Sunbury.
Key Responsibilities:
* General administrative and reception duties
* Processing invoices and following up on overdue payments
* Managing correspondence, scheduling, and record-keeping
* Maintaining and updating databases and other data management systems
* Supporting the smooth and efficient operation of the office
About You:
The ideal candidate will have:
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
* The ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* A cooperative, team-oriented approach and a passion for helping others
* Previous experience in a similar administrative or reception role
* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
* A Certificate III in Business Administration (highly regarded but not essential)
Position Details:
* Part-time: 2–3 days per fortnight (flexible hours available)

* Remuneration: Award rate
