Job Overview
As a Personal Trainer at Virgin Active, you will receive paid rostered hours, lead generation, and support to build and manage your personal training community while delivering exceptional, safe training sessions in a world-class environment. You will also contribute to a supportive team culture and help maintain the gym floor.
Responsibilities
Provide paid rostered hours to welcome, connect with and guide members while building a personal training community.
Use PT leads to grow your client base and maintain PT administration.
Deliver exceptional personal training sessions in world-class facilities.
Ensure PT sessions remain safe by considering equipment, technique and pre-existing injuries.
Create a true community and leverage your personality to help members experience physical and mental breakthrough moments.
Contribute to a fun and supportive team culture, attending paid team meetings when required.
Help keep the gym floor world-class with planned preventative maintenance.
Qualifications
Cert IV in Fitness, valid first aid certificate, and flexibility to work a non-traditional schedule.
People-focused and authentic, with the ability to deliver meaningful PT sessions and celebrate members' successes.
