APS4 Executive Assistant 3-month non-ongoing with a Federal Government Department

**Your new role**
These positions will be supporting members of the public service and you will be managing a busy portfolio with oversight of recruitment activities. As an Executive Assistant your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Diary Management - including booking meetings, scheduling appointments, booking of meeting rooms, organising catering, and providing a meet and greet function for visitors.
- Proactively assist with preparation for meetings, including agendas, briefing notes, senate estimate process and presentations
- High level stakeholder engagement - Highly developed communication skills both written and verbal to foster effective relationships with senior stakeholders.
- Provide administrative support for the Branch or zone, including management and maintenance of meeting rooms, stationery, and office equipment.
**What you'll need to succeed**
To be successful in the positions of the APS4 Executive Assistant, you must have experience in the duties listed above and have worked in a similar role with a minimum of two years' experience.
This position is only open to Australian Citizens and you must also be able to obtain and maintain a Federal Government Security Clearance (Baseline, NV1 or NV2).
