What You'll Be Doing
* Lead and manage complex WorkCover matters end-to-end
* Develop strategy, drive litigation, and deliver strong client outcomes
* Advocate in negotiations, mediations, and court proceedings
* Build trusted relationships with clients, insurers, and key stakeholders
* Mentor junior lawyers and contribute to team capability
* Play an active role in business development and growing the practice.

* Proven experience in WorkCover
* Strong litigation capability and confidence running matters
