What you will do?
* Create special experiences \"one guest at a time\" through personalised service
* Participate in and consistently demonstrate high guest service standards
* Complete necessary documentation for tours including, vessel manifests, picnic forms, dive indemnities, financials, and more
* Greet guests with warmth and professionalism while assisting with customer requests, booking tours and experiences, and cash handling
More about you
* Experience as a Beach Club Attendant, Tour Guide, or Guest Service Agent
* Exceptional guest service standards
* A passion for the hospitality and marine industry
* First Aid Certificate, CPR Certificate, O2 Certificate, and RSA Certificate
* Rescue Diver/Divemaster or Coxswain Grade 3 or above, preferred
* Experience in 4WD, or willingness to learn
