Karlayura Personnel are currently looking for experienced HD Fitters to join our Mobile Crushing Plant (MCP) operations across multiple sites in Western Australia, with ongoing work and the potential for conversion to permanent for high-performing individuals.

Start Date: ASAP - mobilisation Thursdays
Flights: All capital cities
About the Role:
As an HD Fitter, you will be working as part of a small, skilled team maintaining, servicing, and repairing heavy mobile crushing plant equipment. Your role will involve:
* Diagnosing and repairing mechanical faults on large mobile crushers (Terex Finlay, McClosley, Kleeman etc.) + various others dependent on site
* Performing preventative maintenance to maximise uptime and efficiency of the plant
* Working safely and efficiently in remote mining environments
* Collaborating with other operators, electricians, and mechanical fitters to keep production on track
Experience Required:
* Minimum 6 months - 3+ years' experience with mobile crushing operations
* Hands-on experience with heavy-duty plant equipment
* Previous exposure to Iron Ore or Lithium mining is preferred, but experience with other commodities and mobile crushers is also considered
* Strong mechanical knowledge and problem-solving ability
* Ability to work in a team, follow safety protocols, and adapt to varying site conditions
