Job Description:
The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering seamless service rectification and product installations to the full satisfaction of our customers. This involves copper cable maintenance and installation, including fault finding, jointing, jumpering, and networking. You will also maintain and manage Fibre network technology, Core network technology, and Data services. Additionally, you will perform customer premises equipment maintenance and installation, both for consumers and businesses.
* Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
* Maintain and install fibre and copper networks, including fault finding and troubleshooting.
* Install and configure data services and customer premises equipment.
* Provide technical support and training to colleagues as needed.
To be successful in this role, you will need to hold relevant certifications and licenses, such as a Certificate III in Telecommunications and an open cabling license. You will also need to maintain a current driver's license and possess a Traffic Management Qualification.
