About us
Welcome to Sunset Ridge, where care with heart and purpose is paired with the Capricorn Coast's beautiful beaches, tropical climate, and a laid‐back lifestyle that makes every day feel like a breath of fresh air.
Our new 30-bed interim care facility, nestled within Bolton Clarke's welcoming residential community, supports people as they transition from hospital to their next chapter. Operating around the clock, our dedicated team delivers personalised care across our two wings - Seahorse, our secure and supportive space, and Starfish, our open and relaxed environment.
Whether preparing for residential aged care or returning to the community with the right supports, we're here to make every step feel safe, supported, and full of possibility proving that purpose and paradise really can share the same postcode.
