Installation Coordinator Role
Epson is a world leader in printer and projector technology with leading positions in various market segments in Australia.
We are seeking an experienced Installation Coordinator to join our Customer Service team, reporting directly to the Service and Support Manager. The role is responsible for planning scheduling and executing printer solution installations according to customer and business requirements.
* Ensuring accurate documentation and receipt of all information related to an installation
* Providing input on tender and new business opportunities including service level agreements
* Creating and maintaining project documentation to track key milestones
* Following up with customers and stakeholders post-installation
To be successful you need:
* At least 3 years experience in installation coordination or project administration
* Experience in customer service printing industry highly valued
* Excellent organisational multitasking and communication skills
* Ability to negotiate problem solve and build working relationships
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software
